The Journey

2012–2019 | Bank of New York Mellon
​
Started my career in global finance. Spent 7 years learning how businesses work, how systems run, and how to get things done. But somewhere along the way, I realized there was more to explore beyond spreadsheets and boardrooms.

2013–2023 | Mitti Ke Rang
​
Started a social venture while still working full-time. Built it from scratch. Learned how to build communities, tell stories, and create something from nothing.

2022–2023 | Hello Sports
​
Co-founded a sports venture. Built it. Learned from it. Closed it gracefully. Not everything works out — but everything teaches you something.

Now I help founders and leaders solve invisibility. Building presence. Creating visibility. Making the unknown, known.

The Nomad
I don't sit still.
​
Backpacked through mountains, lived out of a suitcase, worked from cafés in cities I couldn't pronounce.
Met strangers who became friends. Had conversations that changed how I think.
Some people read about the world. I walk through it.

What It All Taught Me

Every job. Every venture. Every city. Every conversation.
It all pointed to one thing — the people who get ahead are the ones who show up.

I've never cold-called anyone in my life.

Every job I got came from someone who knew me.
Every client came through a relationship, not a pitch.
Every opportunity came because I was in the room — visible, present.
​
When I was 21, I arrived in Pune with ₹1,000. No connections. No network. No job.
I got my first job because someone I met recommended me.
I started my first venture because people believed in me.
​
I built communities that reached thousands — not through ads, but through showing up.
​
None of it came from pitching. All of it came from presence.
​
Now I help founders and leaders do the same.
